If your device was locked down using Guided Access and you cannot remember your pin or your pin no longer works, then follow these simple steps to unlock your device and reset the pin.

The pin is not working; what do I do?
Unplug your device from power and let it run completely flat so it doesn't turn back on.
Plug the device back in and charge it up (yep, we know how silly this seems!!). This will reset your Guided Access settings.
