Demo Mode is a feature of the RateIt app that allows you to demonstrate the question flow(or the app itself) during training sessions with the staff, without messing around with the data.
To enable Demo mode, simply follow the steps below:
1. Tap and hold on the white space around the smileys until a dialog pops up
2. Tap 'Enable demo mode'
3. A red strip at the top of the screen will show up, indicating that Demo mode is active.
4. To disable Demo mode, simply Tap the red strip twice.
Important Note: Ratings submitted while Demo Mode is active will NOT be sent to the portal nor saved on the device. Please make sure that Demo Mode is disabled before letting customers submit their feedback! - Ratings can't be recovered!
