How to invite a staff member to provide evidence requirements

Staff are invited to provide evidence as part of the employee lifecycle process so that HR teams can review this evidence and determine any employment related changes that are required.

This process is managed via Zipline’s QuickStart module.

Invite a Candidate:

  1. Login to the Zipline management portal

  2. Select the Location the role will be based

  3. Select the Candidate icon from menu role

  4. Select Invite to initiate the invitation process

  5. Complete the details requested on the Invite Details page

  6. Select Send Invite

That’s it, you have successfully emailed a QuickStart invitation to a staff member!

The staff member will now receive an email invitation and be able to log into QuickStart and provide evidence for each requirement.
