There are two ways of managing visitor and host lists in Zipline, Merge or Archive.
Click here to see how to Archive host and visitor profiles.
The Merge function combines two or more profiles into a single Zipline profile whilst retaining all information collected against all profiles. This is useful when a visitor has used two different phone numbers to check-in, or a visitor has misspelt a host's name and inadvertently created a duplicate profile.

👇 Here's how to do this
Log in to the Management Portal, select ‘People' on the left hand side.
Find the host or visitor profiles that are to be merged by using the filters and/or search feature.
Once the records that are to be merged have been identified, select each of these records then select ‘Merge people’.
Once the records that are to be merged have been identified, select each of these records then select ‘Merge people’.
The ‘Merge profiles’ screen will now appear.
Select the primary profile, this is the profile that will be retained and other profiles will be merged into.
💡 Pro Tip: This process cannot be reversed, be sure to clearly understand which profile should remain and have duplicate profiles merged into. If you are unsure, select ‘View’ to check.
Select ‘Merge’ to initiate the merge, then ‘Yes, merge these profiles’ when you are ready to merge all profiles shown on screen.
You've done it!
All data on the merged profiles will now be available under the one profile, including activity and evidence.
The hosting settings from the primary profile will be retained, not those of the merged profiles.
