The number of visitors allowed to enter your facility can change from time to time based on the State directives for safety protocols against the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Here's how you could change your capacity restrictions to remain compliant and to keep everyone in your facility safe:

  1. Select a location you'd like to update the settings using the Locations dropdown situated on the upper left corner of the portal.

  2. Click Settings on the upper right corner of the screen.

  3. Select Capacity restrictions on the left side options.

  4. Find the Area you'd like to change the capacity for, and then click Edit.

  5. From there, update your capacity; if you have multiple areas, you have the option to choose which area(s) you'd like to reflect the updates; and then click Save.
