While visitors can book their visits online using the Zipline booking link, you can create bookings on behalf of visitors using the Booking Management Portal.
Note: The visitor booking link is different from the Booking Management Portal. If you're unsure what's your visitor booking link, contact [email protected], and they can provide you with the link.
How to create a booking using the Booking Management Portal?
Log in to your Booking Management Portal.
Head to the Bookings tab.
Click the Create booking button on the upper right corner of the page.
Enter the booking details and then click the Create booking button.
