Compliance Alerts in Zipline give you the power to push real-time alerts for critical compliance and safety risks:

  • Be notified as soon as someone registers a high temperature.

  • Be notified as soon as someone fails a health declaration.

These notifications are sent by text message to the relevant contact per location and can then trigger any internal processes, such as further triage or assistance for visitors.

Examples

  • If a visitor scans in at a high temperature (red screen), a text message such as the following will be sent: "Zipline Alert = High temp (38.1 °C) @ Melbourne."

  • If a visitor fails their health declaration, a text message such as the following will be sent: "Zipline Alert = Failed health dec for a visitor @ Melbourne. Details = Jane Doe, 0466999000"
