Managing Suggested Residents on Check-In Kiosks

Zipline check-in kiosks remember a visitor’s history at a location and suggest residents based on previous visits for a smoother check-in experience.

At Zipline, we empathise with families who have lost their loved ones, and we understand that in sensitive situations like this, seeing a departed resident’s name appear can be upsetting.

To prevent a resident from appearing in the suggested list, please mark them as Unavailable in Zipline. This will remove their name from future kiosk suggestions.

How to update a resident’s status:

  1. Go to People → Residents

  2. Search for the resident’s name

  3. Click View → Options

  4. Select Mark as unavailable
