Bypassing restrictions lets you create a booking that enables your visitor to ignore rules that are set for standard bookings. For example:
Visit duration restrictions
Visiting before and past opening hours
To create a booking bypassing restrictions, log into the Zipline Management Portal with your credentials. Once you've done so:
While on the Visitor Bookings tab, click Create Booking
Complete the Visitor Details and the Resident Details
Under Date and Time there is a checkbox labelled Bypass Restrictions
Tick the box - this will allow you to select any day to create the booking for as well as a booking duration up to 24 hours
Click Create Booking to finalise the booking
