QuickStart’s DocuSign integration enables you to speed up the collection of requirements that need complex PDF forms to be filled and signed.
How It Works
Worker App
When a user is invited to a flow, they will navigate thru their list of requirements in our “To do” screen. As they view a requirement that is linked to DocuSign, they can view any directions, then open the DocuSign filling and signing experience by selecting “Complete with DocuSign”.
Users can then complete filling the document(s), or select “Finish Later” to save their progress.
DocuSign will also email them once a requirement has been started (with a link to Zipline in case it needs to be completed later). A final copy will also be sent to their email, as per e-signing protocols.
Admin Portal
A copy of the final PDF will be available for review in the admin portal, as well as DocuSign. If you are satisfied, you can mark the requirement as approved within Zipline.
This seamless end-to-end experience makes it easy for you to manage complex compliance workflows and create a great filling and signing experience for candidates and contractors.
Getting Set Up
Connecting your DocuSign Account
For users with Settings access, make sure “All Locations” is selected in the main menu, and head over to the Settings tab. Then, select the “Integrations” tab. From here, follow the prompts to authenticate with your DocuSign account.
Linking DocuSign templates to Zipline Requirement Types
A DocuSign Template can be attached to a requirement with a flow.
For any requirements you would like to link to DocuSign, all we need is a DocuSign Template ID and the Role Name used for the signer.
