Super Users are admins who have been given full access to all RateIt data across all locations. These users are usually designated during the RateIt installation process and are generally high level managers such as the IT Manager, CEO, Regional Manager etc.
Super Users are also responsible for adding additional users to the RateIt portal and for setting the appropriate access level for each new user (i.e. the ability to respond to comments, what data they have access to etc).
