If you're having trouble figuring out if your device is online or offline, you're in the right place!
Here's the best way to check your device's status:
1. log in to the RateIt Portal using your email and password (online dashboard).
2. Click on Settings along the top right-hand side
3. From here, click on RateIt Devices
Here you can see each device that you have access to/that you manage. The green signal icon indicates that the device is online, and the red exclamation mark means your device is offline. Hover your mouse over the red icon to check details like the below:
