There are a few different ways you can reply to feedback in the RateIt Portal. This guide gives you a breakdown of the different ways you can send out your replies to help you find the method that works best for you.

First, click into the Ratings tab along the top toolbar - from there, you can...

Respond to an individual message…

1. Click the blue Reply button to the bottom-right of the feedback you'd like to respond to

2. Click the Create New Response button to write a personalised response (recommended), OR choose a template from the list to the left

3. Click the blue Reply button to send your message

Respond to multiple messages at once...

1. Use the tick box to the left of each message you would like to respond to and then click the blue Reply button on the upper right corner of the screen. In the below example, the button is named "Reply to 3 comments” - based on the number of ratings selected

2. Click the Create New Response button to write a personalised response (recommended), OR choose a template from the list to the left

3. Click the blue Reply button to send your message

Respond to ALL unresponded messages...

1. Tick the Select All checkbox to select all unresponded messages

2. Click the blue 'Reply to' button. In the below example, the button is labeled as “Reply to 35 comments

3. Click the Create New Response button to write a personalised response (recommended), OR choose a template from the list to the left

4. Click the blue Reply button to send your message

Some other handy things to note:

1. You can use the Groups & Locations filter to choose specific locations you’d like to respond to feedback for.

2. Use the Action filter to quickly show the feedback that is not yet replied to

3. You can create your own templates by clicking the Create New Response button and then clicking Create new template PRIOR to hitting Reply. You can also edit the pre-existing templates (just ensure you hit Save changes before exiting the messaging portal!)
