Visiting hours and rules can be configured by location, below are steps on how to manage apply changes to these rules:
Log in to your Zipline management portal portal.
Choose the location you'd like to change visiting hours for from the Locations drop-down found on the upper left corner of the screen. If you are a single-location facility, skip this step.
Head to the Flows tab.
Click View on the visitor flow that holds the Host requirement, usually the ‘visitor’ flow.
Click the Visiting Hours & Rules tab at the top of the page.
Update the hours and visitation rules according to your requirements and then click Save.
