How to update your locations visiting hours and density limits

Visiting hours and rules can be configured by location, below are steps on how to manage apply changes to these rules:

  1. Log in to your Zipline management portal portal.

  2. Choose the location you'd like to change visiting hours for from the Locations drop-down found on the upper left corner of the screen. If you are a single-location facility, skip this step.

  3. Head to the Flows tab.

  4. Click View on the visitor flow that holds the Host requirement, usually the ‘visitor’ flow.

  5. Click the Visiting Hours & Rules tab at the top of the page.

  6. Update the hours and visitation rules according to your requirements and then click Save.
