๐ค How are multiple choice questions used during the visitor check-in process on the Zipline kiosk?
As part of the Zipline check-in process, you now have the option to present multiple choice questions to visitors. The answers they provide to each question will mean they are then presented with a different set of questions or steps.
To see what kind of information the Zipline Support Team can add in for you, check out the GIF below:
๐ค How can you request multiple choice questions to be added to specific visitor flows?
Please send an email to the Support Team ([email protected]) outlining the following:
The visitor type you would like to add a multiple choice question set for
The locations you require this visitor to complete the multiple choice question set
The multiple choice workflow itself:
a. Question A
b. The description of Question A to be seen by the visitor (optional)
c. The first possible answer to Question A
d. The action you wish to happen if they provide this answer to Question A (either 'Progress to the next screen,' 'Show info message and progress to the next screen' or 'Show warning message and deny entry'
e. The message heading you wish the visitor to see based on the action chosen
f. The message content underneath the heading that you wish the visitor to see based on the action chosen
g. The second possible answer to Question A
h. The action you wish to happen if they provide this answer to Question A (either 'Progress to the next screen,' 'Show info message and progress to the next screen' or 'Show warning message and deny entry'
i. The message heading you wish the visitor to see based on the action chosen
j.The message content underneath the heading that you wish the visitor to see based on the action chosen
You can then keep adding in questions with 2 alternative answers and pathways.
Once your Zipline Support Team have this information, they will be able to make the change for you. They will email you or call with further questions should they have them.
