πŸ€” What are evidence requirements?

Evidence requirements are the settings relating to the evidence that a certain visitor type must supply as part of their Zipline check-in process.

πŸ€” What kind of evidence requirements can be set?

Your Zipline Team can add in any of the below requirements for evidence:

  • Photographic proof

  • Allow staff to manually confirm evidence

  • Evidence approval not required for check-in

  • During check-in, attempt to validate this evidence via global Linksafe account

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: you can also request for evidence expiry limitations to be set for each piece of evidence

For each piece of evidence required for entry, you can choose from 2 options:

  • Evidence does not expire

  • Evidence has a specific expiry date

If you request evidence to have a specific expiry date, when that evidence is uploaded into the system during the Zipline check-in process, the user will be asked to type in the date that this evidence expires. During any subsequent visits that they make, if the evidence has expired, they will be asked to upload new evidence with an updated expiry date.

πŸ€” How can you request for evidence requirements to be set?

Simply send an email to the Support Team ([email protected]) outlining the following:

  1. The evidence you would like to change the requirements for

  2. Which requirement/s you require for this evidence out of the following:

    • Photographic proof

    • Allow staff to manually confirm evidence

    • Evidence approval not required for check-in

    • During check-in, attempt to validate this evidence via global Linksafe account

The visitors who you wish to have these evidence requirements apply to

3. The location/s you wish these evidence requirements to operate in

Once they have this information, the Support Team will be able to make the change for you.
