How To Capture New Evidence From Visitors

What evidence can be captured and how do you add this into the check-in flow?

🤔 What kind of evidence can be requested during the Zipline check-in process?

The kind of evidence you can request be captured from specific visitor types during check-in is listed below:

  • Covid-19 PCR Test

  • Covid-19 RAT test

  • Covid-19 dose 1

  • Covid-19 dose 2

  • Covid- 19 dose 3

If you have our Advanced Contractor Compliance module, you will be able to request any of the below additional evidence:

  • Public Liability Insurance

  • Tradesman Licence

  • White Card

  • Blue Card

  • Evidence of inductions

✋ Important note - only certain evidence types will be approved using ZiplineAI, these are:

  • Immunisation History Statement provided by Medicare

  • Digital Vaccination Card downloaded from Google or Apple Wallet

  • Covid-19 Digital Vaccination Certificate

Any other evidence types requested and captured during check-in will be sent to the Review Queue within the Management Portal for your team to manually review. See here for information about the Review Queue.

💡 Pro Tip: If you have ‘evidence required upon entry’ selected for certain visitor types at your facility then the visitor will be blocked from entering until the evidence has been approved in the Review Queue. You can speak to your Customer Success Manager about setting up this requirement.

🤔 How can you request for new evidence to be captured during check-in?

Simply send an email to the Support Team ([email protected]) outlining the following:

  1. The evidence you would like required during check-in, selecting from the below list:

    • Covid-19 PCR Test

    • Covid-19 RAT test

    • Covid-19 dose 1

    • Covid-19 dose 2

    • Covid- 19 dose 3

Additional evidence to choose from if you have purchased our Contractor

Compliance module:

  • Public Liability Insurance

  • Tradesman Licence

  • White Card

  • Blue Card

  • Evidence of inductions

    2. The visitors you require this evidence to be submitted by during check-in

    3. The location/s where this evidence is required

Once they have this information, The Support Team will be able to make the change for you.
