Your Secure Link & Verification Code

Getting access to Zipline

Written by Lex Ituarte

Zipline sends you a personal link by SMS or email to complete your compliance checks. Here's how it works.

Opening your link

  1. Tap the link in your SMS or email

  2. In some cases we will email you a verification code as extra protection — enter it and you're in. If you would prefer SMS, you can also get the code sent to your phone.

No passwords, no account to set up. The code just confirms it's really you.

Didn't get a code?

Tap Resend code on the screen. Codes go to the mobile or email your organisation has on file — if your details have changed, let them know.

Link expired?

That's normal — links work for a limited time to keep your information safe. Tap Resend and a fresh link arrives straight away. Nothing is lost; you'll continue right where you left off.

Asked to verify again mid-way?

Some details — like reference check information — are extra-protected. We'll ask for a quick code before showing them, even if you're already in. It takes just a few seconds.

One thing to remember

Your link is yours. Don't forward the message or share the link with anyone — not even a colleague doing the same checks. They'll have their own.

Who can see your information?

Only you and the people authorised to verify your compliance.

Worried a message might be fake? Zipline never asks for passwords or payment. If unsure, don't tap — ask a trusted contact to resend you a secure link.
