Introduction
Zipline's Compliance Matrix makes it easy to automate compliance, taking the stress away from getting the compliance checks right for each candidate. However, from time to time, situations may demand additional checks to be run on a candidate. Zipline has a solution to enable this, while protecting the integrity of your Compliance Matrix.
Running Ad Hoc Checks
Ad hoc checks can be run on a candidate by simply selecting "Add new requirement" from the application context menu, and selecting the right template (which specifies the rules needed for the check).
You may then wish to message the candidate via "Send message" to explain why a new check was added to their to do list.
Use cases may include:
Requesting an NDIS Worker Screening Check to be completed when a facility has changed status after a candidate was invited to begin compliance.
Requesting for an International Police Check to be completed.
Requesting a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
Protections On Your Compliance Matrix
The power of Zipline is in the simplicity and assurance of knowing your Compliance Matrix will be automatically deployed across all roles and locations. We therefore ensure that checks cannot be added to Ongoing Compliance on an ad hoc basis, as this could create a scenario where you could no longer rely on your Compliance Matrix.
