Key Features

  • Customisable Compliance Requirements – Choose which compliance requirement the campaign should target.

  • Flexible Reminder Frequency – Set how often reminders should be sent (e.g., daily, weekly, or monthly).

  • Adjustable Campaign Duration – Define how long the campaign will run.

  • Pre-configured Message Templates – A default message is available, but you can customise it to fit your needs.

How to Set Up a Quickstart Campaign

Step 1: Create a new campaign

  1. Navigate to Settings ➡️ Quickstart Preferences ➡️ Campaigns.

  2. Click on the New campaign button.

  3. Enter the Campaign name, and then click Save.

Step 2: Configure the Campaign Settings

  1. Click View on the campaign you want to configure

  2. Select Compliance Requirements by choosing the compliance requirements that need monitoring (e.g. Seasonal Influenza vaccination).

  3. Define Campaign Duration by specifying the start and end dates.

  4. Set Reminder Frequency by defining how often reminders should be sent. It could be Daily, Fortnightly, Monthly, 2 times a week, 3 times a week, or Weekly.

  5. Set Reminder Day and Time. Your options depend on the reminder frequency(step 4).

Step 3: Customise the Reminder Message

Choose whether to send the reminder via Email, SMS or both. A default message template is provided, and you can modify the content to suit your organisation’s tone and requirements.

Use placeholders for personalised messaging. The link/URL placeholder needs to be configured correctly, like the one below, to ensure employees receive the correct links:

Hello {First name}, your compliance requirement is due. You can access your profile using this link ({profileURL}).

Step 4: Launch the Campaign

  1. Review the settings and confirm details.

  2. Click Start campaign to activate it.

Managing an Active Campaign

  • Edit settings – Modify frequency, duration, or message content as needed.

  • Pause or resume the campaign – Pause or resume the campaign if requirements change.

Best Practices

  • Ensure compliance requirements are well-defined before setting up the campaign.

  • Use clear and actionable reminder messages.

  • Regularly review campaign performance and adjust settings accordingly.

By leveraging Campaigns, you can streamline compliance tracking and ensure that staff members stay up to date with their obligations efficiently. 🚀
