Managing visitors' vaccination evidence can be challenging for your staff in the ever-changing directives for the Residential Aged Care space, but no worries, Zipline has got you covered. 🥳

While visitors can pre-upload their evidence online and during check-in, you can do this with just a few clicks on the Booking Management portal. To add new vaccination evidence, follow the steps below👇

  1. Log in to your Booking Management account.

  2. Head to the People Directory

  3. Switch to the profile of the person(Visitor, Staff, Contractor, or Volunteer)

  4. Search for the person's name or phone number and then click View

  5. Switch to Evidence tab

  6. From there, you can add new evidence, or approve pending evidence.
